Description
This Standing Arrangement will be used for Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction Services, using either all three in combination or construction and post construction only as determined by the needs of the Project. Three-phase (Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post Construction) Scope of Services and associated performance requirements for the Construction Manager at Risk on all projects executed under this standing arrangement. For Standing Arrangement projects, the inclusion or exclusion of any Pre-Construction Service must be explicitly documented in the Call-up Documentation. Services not explicitly included will be deemed as excluded, Construction Management Services for projects of $500,000 to $20,000,000, inclusive of Contingency and GST.

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/08.
