Invitation of Proposal Vulcan County Emergency Services is inviting sealed proposals from qualified fire apparatus manufacturers for the design, construction, testing, and delivery of one (1) new commercial chassis pumper tanker fire apparatus/Could also quote a cab-over chassis. This RFP includes a complete technical specification package and a mandatory addendum Submission Requirements All proposals must be submitted sealed and clearly marked on the exterior of the envelope with a memory stick for the digital form: RFP VCES-001-26 Commercial/Custom Engine Tender Fire Apparatus Delivery Address Sealed proposals shall be delivered or mailed to: Doug Headrick Vulcan County Emergency Services 102 Center Street Vulcan, AB T0L 2Bo Late submissions will not be accepted, and email submissions are not permitted.
