Description
The City of Chestermere invites proposals from qualified consultants to develop a Corporate Business Development Plan that operationalizes Council’s Strategic Plan into clear organizational priorities, cross-departmental initiatives, and a practical implementation framework. As the City continues to grow, improved organizational alignment is required to reduce duplication, address competing priorities, and focus effort on a defined and manageable set of corporate priorities. The City is seeking a focused, efficient approach that supports Executive Leadership Team alignment, disciplined prioritization, and measurable execution. This engagement will not revisit Council’s Strategic Plan but will translate established strategic direction into actionable and implementable organizational planning.
