    Description
    The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified architectural firm to act as a prime consultant and coordinating registered professional for the Rocky Ridge Fieldhouse. The Consultant will lead a single integrated team providing full services from pre-design through post-construction. The project involves the design and construction of a community-level fieldhouse on a 10 acre site east of the Shane Homes YMCA, along Country Hills Boulevard NW. The facility will house a standard FIFA-sized field with associated support spaces. The fieldhouse will be designed to achieve LEED v5 silver certification. The project spans the seven phases: pre-design validation, schematic design, design development, contract documentation, procurement services assistance, construction administration, and post construction. To be considered for this project, the Consultant must be able to be registered with the Alberta Association of Architects (and associated APEGA and AALA registrations as required for appropriate team members) prior to award. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement Letter, the award under this RFP will be for all Phases of the Requirements, subject to approval by The City after each Phase.

    The estimated contract period will be 67 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/09/16.
