Description
This scope of work outlines the contractor’s responsibility to perform routine building checks and preventative maintenance. This includes thorough inspections of boiler rooms, mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and overall building health. The contractor will complete weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks such as system monitoring, equipment inspections, safety checks, and minor corrective actions, while documenting all findings and reporting issues promptly.
