Description
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and engage a qualified vendor to operate and maintain The City’s audio-visual and related technologies used for Council meetings, Committee meetings, administrative tribunal hearings, and other special or ad-hoc events. The selected vendor must ensure that all such meetings, hearings, and events are effectively supported with appropriate technologies to facilitate, broadcast, and record the proceedings.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/30.
