Description
Reason:   FSM ERP 2024-187 was issued in November 2025 and awarded in August 2026.  Current ERP implementation planning has noted a substantial cost impact in one functional area.  To reduce financial impacts of the system, the County performed an urgent market assessment with neighbouring municipalities for best practices and potential options. RFP P210304SI  from Parkland County was identified as a previous public process and award for this system. Extending the ERP implementation and pausing the system integration would have negative financial and capacity impacts on operations.  Due to these constraints the County has sought to support the procurement of a similar system in use currently at Parkland County. This procurement will also provide a standardized public interfacing tool for our shared vendor community for the invoicing process.   Vendor: Dooap Inc. This agreement is intended for a period of three years with a one year option to extend.   Anticipated annual cost is $39,950 USD; however, this amount may change as this is a pay-per-use system.   Alternatives: Not at this time due to financial, capacity, and time constraints. However, vendors are requested to provide information if available to support future processes.
