Description
Action 5 of the Climate Resilience Planning and Development (CRPD) Action Plan is to update the Floodplain Protection Overlay (FPO) in the Edmonton Zoning Bylaw. The consultant will review, validate, and provide recommendations on draft Zoning Bylaw regulations for the “high hazard flood area” and “medium hazard flood area” of the revised Floodplain Protection Overlay.

The estimated contract period will be 19 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/01.
