Description
The City is seeking proposals from qualified proponents with demonstrated experience in workplace beverage programs to establish a consistent, reliable, and cost-effective coffee service for four (4) City facilities (City Hall, Fire Hall, RCMP Detachment, and Community Operations). The successful proponent will be expected to supply and deliver coffee and beverage-related products (and, where applicable, provide equipment and service support) through a repeatable ordering and fulfillment model that ensures timely replenishment, product continuity, and responsive issue resolution in support of day-to-day City operations.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/24.
