Description
Northern Lights School Division o/a Northern Lights Public Schools (NLPS) is seeking proposals for the purchase of three new fleet vehicles as part of an upgrade to enhance division services. The proposal is for the purchase of 3 new vehicles, with a required delivery date before August 1, 2026. (1) 2026 NEW Small SUV: equivalent to a Chevrolet Trailblazer LT. Requirements include good sightlines for driver training use, Grey color, and a mid-tier trim model or higher. (2) 2026 NEW Mid to Full-Size SUVs: equivalent to a Dodge Durango SXT. Requirements include a V6 powertrain, entry-level base trim or higher, and color options of White, Black, or Grey. General Requirements: All vehicles must be new from the factory, include All Wheel Drive (AWD), have a minimum 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, black cloth seats, black interior, and include features like heated front seats and mirrors, an engine block heater, air conditioning, and cruise control. Maintenance and warranty service must be accessible within the Bonnyville area. Key Deadlines for this proposal are: Proposal Closing Date and Time: May 29, 2026, at 12:00:00 P.M.
