Olds College - Request for Proposal - Supply and Install Audio Visual for W.J. Elliott / Trades Building (WJE)

Olds College of Agriculture and Technology (“Olds College”) is seeking a specialized, experienced Contractor for: -Supplying, installing, programming, and commissioning standardized audio-visual systems in the newly renovated W.J. Elliott/Trades Building (“WJE Building”) on the Olds College campus; -Integrating AV systems in classrooms, divisible classrooms, a divisible computer lab, a lecture theatre, breakout rooms, student commons, faculty spaces, meeting rooms, and digital signage locations in accordance with provided design documents; -Implementing AV systems that align with Olds College’s established technology standards (Crestron NVX and controls, Biamp DSPs, ViewSonic interactive displays, Shure microphones), with no substitutions permitted for specified components; -Providing an integrated video conferencing solutions, using Google Meet hardware in the designated meeting room, and ensuring compatibility with existing campus infrastructure; -Supporting flexible room configurations in divisible instructional spaces through intuitive touch screen control systems (minimum 7-inch panels); -Providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure College staff can effectively operate and maintain the installed systems.
