Description
The intent of this Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ) is to solicit submissions, in the format detailed in this document, from any Respondent interested in an opportunity to prequalify to submit a proposal on the following upcoming project.The RFPQ submissions will be evaluated based on qualifications criteria contained in this document for the Archbishop O’Leary Collegiate Program. Based on the evaluation of the qualification submissions, the Owner intends to prequalify up to three (3) or more highest scoring respondents that meet the qualifications criteria in the RFPQ documents. Shortlisted pre-qualified Respondents will then be invited to participate in an invitational proposal process through a Invitation to Bid (ITB).
