This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Municipal District of Greenview No. 16 (“the Municipality”) to prospective Bidders to submit proposals for Grande Cache Landfill Closure Capping and Report as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
