This Invitation to Bidders (the “ITB”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective Bidders to submit BIDs for Mill and Overlay Pavement Preservation Valour Ave – 82nd Street to 66th Street as further described in Section 2- Technical Specifications - Scope of Work (the “Deliverables”). Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following: • Saw cutting and removal of existing hard surfacing materials to be disposed of offsite. • Cold Milling Asphalt Pavement • Asphalt Concrete Pavement • Traffic accommodation • Line Painting
