Description
LAPP Corporation invites qualified general contractors to submit proposals for the provision of general contractor services for its 2026 Head Office Tenant Improvement project. The project involves interior improvements to a portion of the 33rd floor at the National Bank Centre, located at 10180 – 101 Street, Edmonton. The work includes a full interior office fit-out in a white-box space, requiring coordination of all construction trades, materials, and project delivery in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. The successful proponent will be required to enter into a stipulated price contract (CCDC 2) and provide all labor, materials, supervision, and coordination necessary to complete the work within the required timeline. Interested proponents must submit proposals electronically in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP.
