Description
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2026 Asphalt Concrete Pavement (ACP) Rehabilitation Program, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The scope of work includes Milling, Crack Repair, Subgrade Repair, Paving and other work. The resurfacing work locations are: • Township Road 524 (Range Road 15 to Range Road 20) • Township Road 524 (Range Road 20 to Range Road 21) (Provisional subject to available budget) • Range Road 21 (Township Road 524 to Township Road 523A) (Provisional subject to available budget) • Range Road 21 (Township Road 523A to Township Road 523) (Provisional subject to available budget) • Willow Peak Estates Subdivision Road (Provisional subject to available budget) Parkland County is a rural municipality located immediately west of Edmonton. Covering an area of 256,802 hectares (634,571 acres), it is one of the largest in size and one of the highest populated of all rural municipalities in Alberta. Parkland County has grown to a community of over 30,000 people and has seen generations of families continue to enjoy country living.
