Description
The purpose of this RFEOI is to engage a proponent to lead the development of a comprehensive Strategic Plan that reflects the College’s role as a regional steward, while responding to the evolving needs of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo and surrounding region. Keyano College plays a vital role in supporting education, workforce development, and community engagement in Northern Alberta. As such, the Strategic Plan will serve as a foundational document to guide institutional priorities, decision-making, and long-term growth. Proponents are encouraged to demonstrate their experience in post-secondary or public-sector strategic planning, as well as their understanding of the Wood Buffalo region, including its diverse communities, economic drivers, and cultural landscape.
