The College is seeking an experienced evaluation provider to design a practical, simple and sustainable evaluation approach for the NP Roadmap Program. The focus is on creating a clear, actionable framework that can be operationalized efficiently and repeated periodically to track progress against established baselines. The successful provider will: Develop a strong understanding of the program design, intent, and regulatory context Review existing assessment tools and recommend practical improvements Design a streamlined evaluation framework aligned with program priorities and outcomes Identify a focused set of meaningful indicators (avoiding unnecessary complexity) Map existing data sources and leverage current reporting wherever possible Recommend practical data collection approaches and establish baseline measures Define a simple, sustainable data structure to support ongoing annual evaluation The approach should prioritize usability, clarity, and efficiency over technical complexity.
