Town of Bonnyville - Request for Proposal - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Design, Supply, and Installation of Playground Equipment, Border and Protective Surfacing

The Town of Bonnyville is inviting manufacturers to submit a proposal for the design, supply and installation of a playground, the border and the protective surfacing. This will be a new playground within the Town of Bonnyville. The structure must be designed and installed following the CAN/CSA Z614 standards. Playground to include • Intended age range 18 months -12 years • Maximum allowable border size – 60ft by 90ft • Include swing set or swinging feature(s) • 1 bench, 1 picnic table and 1 Hide-A-Bag garbage can from Haul-All (all 3 furnishings are to have cement bases) • Installation to be scheduled 2026 • Excavation for the project will be done by the Town of Bonnyville prior to install • Protective surfacing – wood mulch (may be open to other options) • Cement borders only • Project Budget $140,000.00 The proposal is to include: - Design, supply, installation, and all taxes included - Description of each component incorporated within the playground structure proposed - Three dimensional drawings, to scale, of the assembled playground structure - All material specifications - A product brochure The Town of Bonnyville will have the area for the playground excavated prior to playground installation.
