    Description
    Through this Request for Proposals, the Town of Drumheller invites Proposals from organizations experienced in the development of Canadian municipal asset management plans, to create an Asset Management Plan and Implementation Roadmap for the Town. The plan and roadmap will also include professional consulting services to complete two ‘State of the Infrastructure’ reports on the Town’s water and wastewater infrastructure. Timeline: The Town anticipates executing a contract with the Consultant selected from this RFP no later than July 20th, 2026. All services and deliverables for the Asset Management Plan and Implementation Roadmap must be complete no later than December 18, 2026. Maximum Budget: The Town has a maximum budget of $140,000 plus GST available to complete all services for the Asset Management Plan & Implementation Roadmap, as detailed further in this RFP.
