Description
The AER Regulatory Compliance Branch is seeking quotes for: • One (1) handheld Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) camera capable of detecting hydrocarbon gases under field conditions, together with standard accessories, documentation, and manufacturer warranty. The equipment must be suitable for use in potentially hazardous environments and support safe, efficient, and repeatable field inspections. Training, calibration, maintenance, software, or additional accessories may be included or added at the discretion of the AER. The AER may, at its sole discretion, purchase additional OGI cameras, accessories, or related services should operational requirements increase. Vendors are requested to provide unit pricing for additional identical or equivalent cameras (including accessories and related services) that may be purchased during the anticipated term. Any future purchases will be subject to a separate written quotation and AER approval.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/08/14.
