Description
The Province requires a consultant to provide Lean Six Sigma assessment of the current laboratory operations at Agri-Food Assurance Section (AFAS) laboratory, and provide a proven structured approach to improving efficiency and capacity. AFAS is located in the O.S. Longman Building, 6909-116 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T6H 4P2. The review would identify operational bottlenecks and challenges related to workflow, laboratory layout, staffing, and software systems, and propose practical mitigation strategies to address growing testing demand. Refer to the RFP document for additional background information and complete scope of work.
