Closing date and time 2026/07/13 12:00 EDT

    Description
The City of Calgary is undertaking a transformation of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem to modernize its legacy PeopleSoft platform and align with evolving operational, governance, and digital requirements. While PeopleSoft has long supported core Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain functions, increasing service expectations and integration needs have exposed limitations in the current environment. As part of its ERP Transformation Program, The City is exploring modern, integrated ERP solutions that can support its business capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and align with best practices. The City anticipates a staged procurement approach, which may include a future competitive solicitation for ERP technology, followed by system integration services subject to governance and budget approvals. Information received through this RFI will be used to validate market capabilities, solution maturity, deployment models, and indicative cost structures. Download and review RFI document posted to SAP Ariba for full details.
