    Description
    *Pre-Qualification Required The Work generally comprises of dewatering, existing walking trail and associated base course removal, topsoil removal and replacement, excavation to the design subgrade elevation, hauling and disposing of waste material, subgrade preparation, the supply and placement of the required materials, including but not limited to granular base course, CombiGrid, or an approved equal, and asphalt concrete pavement as well as all other items deemed related to or incidental to the construction of the new 2.5m wide asphalt concrete pavement walking trail. The project intent will be to complete walking trail rehabilitation due to the existing deteriorated condition of the walking trail for the following parts:  45 Avenue to 47 Avenue between 27 Street and 29 Street  47 Avenue to 49 Avenue between 28 Street and 29 Street  51 Avenue to 52 Avenue between 27 Street and 29 Street (Provisional Item)
