ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION, CONSULTANT SERVICES - Peter Lougheed Provincial Park, Administrative Building Mechanical Systems Upgrade and Discovery Centre Envelope and Mechanical Systems Upgrade A coordinated assessment and design is required to validate existing conditions, confirm lifecycle findings, and develop a comprehensive renewal strategy that supports safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operation of both facilities. Through this RFP, the Province seeks qualified Proponents to provide assessment, design, approvals, tendering, and construction support services to plan and deliver the required upgrades to the PLPP Discovery Centre and Administration Building.
