Description
The Utilities department operates and maintains extensive, complex infrastructure that delivers essential services—including steam, chilled water, electricity, water, and sewer—to the Greater Campus Area. Maintaining high levels of reliability, safety, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency is critical to these operations. The University is inviting solution providers, who provide licensing, implementation, and migration services, with demonstrated experience in providing Utilities Asset Management Software Solutions, to submit Proposals to the University. It is our intent to issue a contract for up to three (3) years with options for three (3) two (2) year extensions upon mutual agreement.

The estimated contract period will be 1 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/11/02.
