Description
The Calgary Board of Education (CBE) is seeking qualified Contractors to provide small architectural repair, maintenance, restoration, and renewal services at various CBE-owned and operated facilities. The Contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, disposal, permits (where required), and incidentals necessary to complete the work. Services may include, but are not limited to: 1. Drywall Repairs 2. Plaster Repairs 3. Vinyl Wall Covering Repairs 4. Glass Block Repairs 5. Concrete and Concrete Block Repairs 6. Exterior Brick and Stucco Repairs 7. Resilient Flooring Repairs and Replacement 8. Surface Preparation for Painting

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/08/24.
