*Hard Copy Submissions = Email Submissions The City of Lloydminster is accepting Proposals from qualified Vendors interested in providing consulting services for the proposed Landfill Operations Building, Entrance, and Scalehouse Project. Services will include detailed design, tender preparation, and construction contract administration for the civil and underground works, as well as establishing technical specifications and procurement documents for the scale equipment.

The estimated contract period will be 18 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/07/20.
