Description
The City is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide a robust chat and live agent software solution for its Planning and Development Services department. The goal is to enhance customer service by enabling efficient, real-time communication between residents, businesses, and City staff regarding permitting inquiries and processes. The solution should also offer queue management, call routing, and escalation features, as well as analytics and reporting tools. The City seeks experienced Proponents to supply, implement, and support this solution, with future scalability and integration capabilities as well.

The estimated contract period will be 146 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/12/31.
