North Calgary Water Servicing (NCWS) Microtunnelling. Microtunnelling, Installation of 1650 mm feedermain and risers, and design and construction of permanent structures. This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Pre-qualified microtunnelling contractors under RFPQ 25-010; OR Watermain, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water Installation and Replacement - C7200100
