Description
The City of Fort Saskatchewan is seeking comprehensive proposals for a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, as well as an experienced and capable Implementation Partner. The ERP solution should consist of core capabilities outlined in this NRFP, whether through a single unified solution or a combination of integrated systems that improve service delivery, strengthen financial and operational controls, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support long term organizational growth. Core capabilities include financial management, human resource management, municipal-specific financial management, budgeting and financial planning, citizen self-service, and procurement. The City is procuring both the ERP solution and Implementation Partner through a single process. This combined approach is intended to align the implementation approach, improve accountability, reduce delivery risk, and ensure cohesive implementation from planning through to ongoing support.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 30 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2027/01/01.
