    Description
    Supplier MUST have an SAP Ariba account to download the RFQ documents. RFQ documents can be found at https://portal.us.bn.cloud.ariba.com/dashboard/public/appext/comsapsbncdiscoveryui#/RfxEvent/preview/1110017339?anId=ANONYMOUS The successful vendor will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fire apparatus as specified in work orders provided by the CFD. Services include, but are not limited to: • Maintenance and repairs as detailed in the work order • Pump testing in accordance with current NFPA standards. • Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP) for trucks • Aerial device inspections, maintenance and certifications as per manufacturer recommendations and NFPA for Non-destructive testing. • Other repair work as required will be quoted at the time of need. • All inspections and certifications as per NFPA standards. • Pick-up and delivery of units from CFD premises to Suppliers premises. • Call out coverage after hours and weekends and Statutory holidays. • There is no guarantee of the amount of work as this is overflow from our inhouse maintenance. • The City retains sole discretion to perform work internally, to assign work to qualified vendors or to not assign work at all.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/11/02.
