The Town of Crossfield is seeking information from qualified consulting firms regarding Utility Rate Review and Rate Model Development Services. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information on consultant experience, methodologies, project approaches, timelines, deliverables, budget estimates, and industry best practices to support future planning. Information obtained through this process will assist the Town in refining project scope, determining procurement strategies, and developing future budget requirements. This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal procurement process or commitment to proceed with a future project.
