Description
Yellowhead County is seeking proposals for the supply, implementation, configuration, integration, data migration, training, and ongoing support of a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial software solution that will integrate seamlessly with the County’s existing asset management, budgeting, and related software systems. The County’s objective is to implement a modern, fully integrated software solution that supports information connectivity, operational efficiency, and accessibility across the organization. The proposed solution should be scalable and flexible to accommodate current and future applications, modules, integrations, and evolving business requirements. The County intends to implement a holistic ERP platform designed around municipal best practices, streamlined workflows, automation, and improved business processes. The successful solution will provide timely, accurate, and accessible financial and operational information to support effective decision-making and service delivery. The proposed software solution must also be user-friendly and intuitive, enabling efficient use and accessibility for County staff and, where applicable, ratepayers and external stakeholders.
