Sole source is proposed to Canary Systems, the sole provider of MultiLogger Suite for Technology and Innovation on behalf of Agriculture and Irrigation. Technology and Innovation, on behalf of Agriculture and Irrigation, requires the Canary MultiLogger Suite Version Upgrade (ML Suite 2025). Refer to the posted NPP document for details.
