Forestry and Parks - Advanced Contract Award Notice / Notice of Proposed Procurement - AI Video Platform Training Services

Alberta Forestry and Parks (the “Province”) intends to contract AI video platform training services (“Services”) to Synthesia Inc., to update the Division's training content platform. This enables staff to convert existing documents SOPs, policy updates, webinar transcripts, slide decks into short (3–5 minute) AI-delivered video modules without cameras, studios, or video production expertise. Modules are organised in a centralized library, assigned to specific individuals or role-based groups, and tracked for completion functioning as a lightweight training management system the Division We currently deliver operational training through webinars, in-person sessions, and policy documents, a model that is costly, time consuming to track, and not effective with the learning needs of a geographically dispersed field workforce. This will result in a dedicated training management system. The Contract is scheduled to commence July 20, 2026 and expire on June 5, 2027.
