Description
The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) is inviting proposals from qualified proponents to establish a roster of up to three (3) vendors through a competitive Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) process for the provision of Workday Professional Services. NAIT went live with Workday in April 2026 across the full HCM and Finance Platform, with Adaptive Planning and Talent Optimization implementation underway to go-live October 2026. Following the initial implementation, NAIT has established an internal Workday Support Team consisting of a Workday Program Director, Workday Finance Manager, Workday HCM Manager, Workday Technical Manager, Adoption Lead, four Functional Analysts and four Technical Analysts. This team provides comprehensive support and enhancement of the Workday solution to improve business processes, realize efficiencies and improve automated controls.

The estimated contract period will be 34 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/09/01.
