Description
The City is seeking engineering consulting services to evaluate municipal wastewater preliminary treatment and odour control technologies, and to develop a conceptual design for a new headworks (HW) facility at the Bonnybrook Wastewater Treatment Plant (BBWWTP) to accommodate population growth. This project anticipates the following Phases: • Phase 1 Feasibility Study and Conceptual Design • Phase 2 Preliminary and Detailed Design • Phase 3 Construction Engineering Support and Post Construction Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement Letter, the award under this RFP will be for Phase 1 of the Requirements, subject to approval by The City after each Phase.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 45 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/09/08.
