City of Calgary - Request for Proposal - RFP FFE08 Calgary Event Centre Smallwares

This RFP is open to all interested parties. CAA ICON, serving as the Development Manager on the Calgary Event Centre project, is requesting proposals for smallwares for the new Calgary Event Centre in Calgary, Alberta, including, but not limited to, specification, procurement, shipment, storage, delivery, assembly and installation (if applicable). The scope of work associated with this smallwares RFP includes, but is not limited to, providing the following: Front of House (FOH) Kitchen Equipment Includes all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver the full scope described under FOH items listed in Exhibit I including but not limited to utensils, serving tools, and plateware required for food service operations. Back of House (BOH) Kitchen Equipment Includes all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver the full scope described under BOH items listed in Exhibit I including, but not limited, to cookware, tools, baking equipment, storage solutions, and cleaning/safety items required for food service operations. Barware / Glassware and Miscellaneous Smallwares Includes all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver the full scope described under barware/glassware listed in Exhibit I required for bar operations and beverage services related to food service operations.
