City of Edmonton - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Boiler and Heating System Chemical Supply and Service

Pre-Bid Meeting: scheduled on July 23, 2026 at 2Pm MDT. See Ariba link for more details. Contract Term: The initial Term of the Contract is 2 years, starting December 1, 2026. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to 8 additional year(s). The length of any extension(s) is at the City’s sole discretion. Description of Requirement: This Contract involves the provision of all expertise, labour, materials, and equipment for the supply, delivery, inspection and testing of chemical boilers and heating systems equipment at City Facilities on an if, as and when required basis including but not limited to: - Boiler and heating systems chemicals, test kits and meters; - Winterization chemicals for irrigation lines, spray parks and swimming pools. - Provide expertise in chemical knowledge and testing procedure to help maintain boiler heating and cooling chemistry in all systems that require as such.
