The City is inviting proposals from qualified proponents to provide, implement, and support a comprehensive solution featuring advanced Agentic Process Automation (APA) tools and an integrated ecosystem to enhance operational efficiency, improve citizen services, and reduce manual intervention across multiple departments. Current processes rely heavily on traditional automation and human oversight, which limits scalability and responsiveness. An APA tool will enable autonomous decision-making, dynamic workflow adaptation, and intelligent orchestration of tasks, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations while optimizing resource utilization. This solution must integrate seamlessly with existing systems, support secure data handling, and provide real-time analytics to drive informed policy and service delivery decisions. The ultimate goal is to create a resilient, adaptive, and citizen-centric digital ecosystem that aligns with Calgary’s Smart City vision.
