Description
This RFQ is an invitation by AiGC to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for network, racks, and wireless equipment, including installation and warranty services. The successful respondent will be expected to work cooperatively with AiGC to support the ongoing supply of equipment and related accessories, including responding to requests for quotes or orders, confirming availability and lead times, identifying suitable substitutions where products are discontinued or unavailable, and providing timely updates on order status, delivery, warranty matters, and service issues.
