Calgary Housing Company (CHC) is seeking interested and qualified proponents to provide proposals for the Peter Coyle Service Separation Project. The intention of this project is to separate the interlinked building services between Manchester 5C (Peter Coyle) and Manchester 3 in order to accommodate a separation of title.
