Description
This competition is intended to select a consultant to carry out a Market Analysis to determine the market viability of the following land uses for the Special Study Area: institutional (Educational facilitates for post-secondary or training), healthcare, business park, light industrial, government services (non-municipal), military/aerospace/business administration, recreation (non-municipal), large- and small-scale commercial, protective services. It is desired to have this work carried out between September through December 2026. The County intends to use this deliverable to inform our land use concept plan, which will be created in house.
