    Description
    This RFPQ is an invitation to submit a Response outlining qualifications and credentials to act as Prime Architectural Consultant for numerous constructions projects the majority of which will be typical interior tenant improvement and building infrastructure projects at RDP over the next three (3) years. It is RDP’s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement attached as Appendix A to this RFP with up to five (5) legal entities. The term of the agreement is to be for three (3) with an option in favour of RDP to extend the Agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for an additional two (2), one (1) year terms. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on March 1, 2024. Proposals received will be evaluated via a or four (4) stage method in which the highest ranking proponent(s) will be invited to enter negotiations with RDP. Mandatory Requirement: Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each proposal MUST include completion of the:  Submission Form (Attachment 1), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent. Credential providing evidence that the firm is registered with the Alberta Association of Architects.

    The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/03/01.
