Description
1. This RFQ is open to all interested vendors. 2. Calgary Fire Department (CFD) is seeking a supplier of scrap vehicles for it’s vehicle extrication (VX) training programs. CFD requires a reliable supply of fifteen to twenty (15-20) vehicles per month. Approximately two hundred (200) vehicles per year. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. It is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement will be for an initial term of two (2) years and may be renewed for up to three (3)times for one (1) year each time. Other agreement(s) related to the use or maintenance and support of any of the Deliverables may also be negotiated and executed.

The estimated contract period will be 13 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/12/01.
