Description
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Calgary Public Library to prospective proponents to submit proposals for establishing a furniture supplier roster. Qualified suppliers are invited to apply for placement on the list based on the format provided in this document. Suppliers that demonstrate the ability to provide the services listed will be placed on the list for a period of up to Three (3) years or until which time that they are no longer able to provide the requested services or express a desire to be removed from the list. Suppliers may apply at any time however, and applications will be reviewed once per year by following the procedures outlined in this document. Annually, proposal responses will be reviewed after July 10. A response will be provided by each firm that will provide services, and a contract will be issued directly to each supplier providing these services.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/09/11.
