    Description
    The City of Edmonton invites bidders to submit a bid for the provision of environmental consulting services standing arrangement for a period of 1 year with an option to extend the agreement for 3additional one-year terms. At the request of the City of Edmonton (the “City”) and at the locations directed, the Consultant shall perform the following work under this Agreement: Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA); Phase II ESAs; Remedial Action Plans; Remediation and Confirmatory Sampling Programs; Risk Management; and Environmental Investigations. All work shall be conducted in accordance with the most current applicable municipal, provincial, or federal regulations and guidelines including, but not limited to, Alberta Environment and Protected Areas (AEPA) Regulations and Guidelines, the Contaminated Sites Policy Framework and Alberta Environmental Site Assessment Standard, relevant CSA Guidelines, and with the scope outlined in the City of Edmonton Environmental Site Assessment Guidebook. The above-referenced documents will be hereafter collectively referred to as the “Guidance Documents”. The consultant is required to use the most up-to-date versions of the Guidance Documents.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/08/01.
