Description
This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision to provide the safe upgrade installations and operation for the remaining upgrades required to the RDP High Voltage Energy System to meet the FortisAlberta power quality specifications. It is RDP’s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement attached as Appendix A to this RFP with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for the duration of the Project with Substantial Completion achieved on September 30, 2028. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on January 12, 2024. Proposals received will be evaluated via a or four (4) stage method in which the highest ranking proponent(s) will be invited to enter negotiations with RDP. Mandatory Requirement: Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each proposal MUST include completion of the:  Submission Form (Attachment 1), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 56 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/01/12.
