Description
St. Mary's High School is Calgary's oldest Catholic High School. The current school was built in 1956 in the Inner-City community of Mission. The school has undergone several renovations and additions over the years.The suggested area for the new STEAM Lab and classroom is taking over the current west courtyard of the school which is surrounded by existing administration areas, existing washrooms, caretaker office and an office. Our Lady of the Rockies High School has been serving many students and their families since it was built in 1966. The current Automotive Shop is underutilized and too large for the students pursuing the program. For the purpose of this study, the existing Automotive shop D111 and Classroom D111B is used to locate the new STEAM Lab.

The estimated contract period will be 21 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/17.
